The conference \u201cDeinstitutionalisation: The Right to Freedom\u201d (24 September 2025) brings together people, ideas, and experiences that shape more inclusive communities.\u00a0<\/strong>We are introducing speakers who are pushing the boundaries of what\u2019s possible. Follow us and discover who is co-creating a future without walls.<\/p>\n

Tone Vrhovnik Straka is an experienced advocate and counsellor for the rights of people with lived experience in institutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through his work, he actively contributes to the development of peer support and supports individuals in their transition to independent living in the community.
