As part of the project »Centre for Managing DeInstitutionalisation – CMDI (CUDI in Slovenian) at Social Protection Institute of the Republic of Slovenia, we hold a series of webinars aimed at expanding knowledge and showcasing best practices from abroad. This year, we will be hosting our fourth online seminar with international experts.

At the webinar New Models of Community-Based Services: Experiences from England, Roberto Mezzina and Sashi Sashidharan will present experiences from a pilot project in England focused on developing a new model of community-based services.

The webinar will explore how to develop community-based forms of care as an alternative to institutional care, while presenting concrete experiences and approaches that can contribute to the development of services within the community.
